Rotary Music Festival Volunteer organiser, Ian spoke to Rotarians and festival volunteer staffers at the regular lunch meeting on March 24th.
The Music Festival is to be held next week Monday, March 28th – Friday, April 1st.
Ian reviewed the Music Festival schedule showing the days and positions of the staffers for each session.
He went on to speak of the different roles of each assigned staffer as well as other needed information.
This year there is no final concert, and the Junior and Senior Rose Bowl will be held on Thursday evening with the winners being announced on that evening.
He ended his information session by answering a few questions.
