On July 5th, three members of the Deer Lake RCMP (Cpl. Elizabeth Lodge, Cst. Guy Boudreau and Rotarian Cst. Jensen Stanley) hiked Gros Morne on one of their days off. However, Cpl. Lodge had always expressed an interest in wearing the red Serge at the top of Gros Morne.
There was no way Cst. Boudreau and Cst. Stanley were going to miss out on the chance to wear their red Serges with pride in one of the most beautiful locations in the Country. This they all did. Thanks to Jensen for this iconic photo
